Privacy Policy. (Updated July 2025)
The intent behind muuuzr’s Privacy Policy is to clearly advise our registered Fans and Artists (“Users”) of how we make use of User data submitted to, or created within, the Application, why we request and/or need certain data, and possible reasons behind our intent in requesting or using the data we receive. Within this Privacy Policy, we will explain how we collect, protect, share and use all of the data we gather from you, or through the means of which you have made such data available within the Application. We will also explain why, from time to time or in specific instances, we share information with third parties, and for what reasons and/or purposes.
Our Privacy Policies only extend over the muuuzr Application, and are not meant to directly or indirectly, or in any other way, cover any third party.
By agreeing to our Terms of Use, and by utilizing our Application in any way, you are acknowledging your understanding of and agreement to the terms of our Privacy Policy.
METHODS FOR COLLECTING INFORMATION AND USES OF
All identifiable information, for example, name, email, physical address, etc, (“Personal Data”) we possess about you is an accumulation of data created or provided by you, or assembled by muuuzr, or possibly associated third parties.
Registration and Profile Setup
Establishing a membership with muuuzr requires your Registration, beginning with a username and password. While your first and last name represent your true identification, your username is your primary identifier for/on the Application itself. Your password is your security key, to protect your data and meant to ensure that you are the only one who is able to use your account. Your email address, provides a way for anyone within the Application, including muuuzr itself, to contact you through a valid means, outside of the Application, allowing for the delivering of various forms of business or music related information. Users may only use other User email addresses for purposes relating to muuuzr (unless mutual agreement or consent to otherwise), and not for such purposes as, for or in any relation to, business, promotion, recruitment, or other similar activities. If a User reaches out to another User in writing, requesting they discontinue reaching out to them via email, the distributing User must immediately remove the recipient from their mailing list. Pictures, video, images and biographies are purely optional for you and entirely meant as a means or tool in representing yourself to others on the Application.
We possess the ability to see your favorite songs, followers, and songs shared.
Artist Provided and Uses of Personal Data
muuuzr gathers usernames, real names (first and last), places of origin, and email addresses, and we pass this information on to the Artists. Artists are to only use this Personal Data provided by muuuzr as it relates to the Artist music or their music business, and not for personal, business, or any other reasons of any kind. None of the Personal Data received about Users from muuuzr may be leased, rented, shared or sold. If a User reaches out to another User in writing, asking to be removed from an Artist’s mailing list, the Artist must immediately remove the User from their mailing list.
Financial Information
We collect, or are made aware of, various financial information. This would include obtaining Membership, purchasing Promotional opportunities, and submitting Songs to the muuuzr Q Showcase. All purchases include, and thus make available, credit card/debit card information including credit card number, physical address, expiration date and security code.
DISCLAIMER
While we have details about purchases made through the Application, Credit Card/Debit Card information itself is processed through and stored by the payment processor.
AUTOMATED DATA GATHERING TECHNOLOGIES
Various types of data are collected, by ways of technological automation, and stored about Users while they are using the Application, including but not limited to, by means of browser interaction, Application Logs, and Cookies. These technologies were integrated to provide muuuzr with how the Application, and its features, are utilized by Users, and we use that data to better understand User behavior, and continually make improvements to better serve you and your needs within the confines of the Application. This data may include, but is not limited to, demographic related information, the device used, region of login, the Users operating system, pages visited within the Application, and the web browser used to reach the Application.
The data that is gathered, by any means within the Application, be it based on individual or on the whole of muuuzr Users, is to be used only by muuuzr, with the intent of continually improving the User experience, and will never be shared, rented, leased or sold to third parties for any reason. Personal Data is not among the data captured by the aforementioned means of technological automation. If you are uncomfortable with Cookies, you can change the settings to turn off, clear out, or reactivate Cookies through the settings of your web browser. If after turning the Cookies setting off you find that you are no longer able to use the Application as you had before, you can turn Cookies back on and see if that resolves your issue(s).
In addition to capturing metrics through the means outlined above, we also utilize Google Analytics to perform similar automated tasking. Information regarding Google Analytics can be found at marketingplatform.google.com. If you are uncomfortable with our usage of Google Analytics, you can download the Google Analytics opt-out browser at tools.google.com.
PUBLIC DISPLAY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Only information provided by you, that you have knowingly made available for public display through your public Profile, will be available for public viewing on the Application. This information includes your username, email address, city/state/country of origin, photographs/images, videos, lyrics, biography, and for Artists, your Likes and Followers.
No other information outside of the items mentioned above will be made available for public display.
INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE
To setup your registration on the Application, you will need to create a password, which is intended for you and you alone to know. During the purchasing process, there will be the involvement of money transfers, as well as the preparation and deliverance of sales receipts.
Information accumulated from all sales transactions will be reproduced through company reports, as well as the reporting and delivering of metrics to Artists of data related to their Fans, including usernames, real names, User city/state/country, and email addresses. All information related to financial activities through the Application and used in muuuzr reporting, including but not limited to, all accounting and billing activity.
OTHER POTENTIAL USES OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
If and as needed, your data may be retrieved and used in and/or during any support inquiries initiated either by you, or by muuuzr, or to be used by muuuzr in response to issues, questions or concerns raised by you, or by muuuzr, or by any other individual, group, organization or entity. Entire data pool, or excerpts of, may be used in the production or analyzation of User data in the effort of reporting metrics covering various areas for the overall performance of muuuzr. Should it ever occur, we would comply with a request to deliver any and all of requested User data to applicable law enforcement. In any instance where perceived property, rights, safety or best interests of muuuzr, any of muuuzr’s employees, or any of muuuzr’s Users are deemed of concern or in jeopardy. In addition, Personal Data can be used as needed to meet industry standards, or in efforts to enforce our Terms of Use.
SHARING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Your Personal Data, entirely or any portion of, may be shared within muuuzr, or among muuuzr employees, or to muuuzr Artists (with discretion and as applicable), or to third parties including, but not limited to, credit card processing companies and banking agencies relating to purchases made through the Application, and only as the Personal Data is required and relative to conducting company business,. Muuuzr will never rent, lease or sell any of the types of data found under “Information Kept Private” of muuuzrs Privacy Policy noted above, to any individual, organization, entity or third party, without your written permission allowing us to do so.
LENGTH OF PERSONAL DATA STORAGE TIME
Personal data remains both as active and archived data, which may or may not have continued value to muuuzr. If muuuzr terminates your account for any reason, all of your Personal Data will be immediately removed/deleted from our database storage. If you choose to terminate your membership with muuuzr, your data will remain in our database storage for twelve (12) months. After a period of twelve months from membership termination, all of your Personal Data will be removed/deleted from our database storage. This is in an effort to retain your data for a period of time in case you wish to return and re-establish membership, in which case all of your data will be available that was available at the time you had previously terminated membership with muuuzr.
DATA SECURITY
Muuuzr employs, in both our software and hardware, various layers of security to protect User data and to ensure its privacy,. This security is maintained through technological means, as well as through human oversight. This oversight is intended to keep your data from being manipulated, invaded, or stolen from individuals, organizations or entities operating from within or from outside of the Application. Your data is not to be viewed or accessed in any way, by anyone, outside of the ways already discussed within this Privacy Policy. This applies to muuuzr, all employees of muuuzr, all Users of muuuzr and any applicable third parties affiliated with muuuzr, unless otherwise directed or governed by law.
Properly protecting the security of your account is largely focused around your password used for logging into the Application. It is critical for you, the User, to create a strong password for accessing your account, as this password is intended to prevent other Users from using your access, or from accessing your account and potentially stealing, or attempting to steal, your Personal Data. Do not share your password with anyone and, if you ever feel someone has found access into your account, let muuuzr know and change your password immediately.
There may be hyperlinks (“Links”) within the Application directing you to other websites. Each website accessed should have its own Privacy Policy governing the way they handle your Personal Data on their site . The muuuzrr Privacy Policy does not extend to cover any other website or Application outside of muuuzr.
It’s important to understand that no security is guaranteed to be unbreachable, impenetrable or inaccessible to thieves or hackers. Abilities may not exist, or be currently known, for us to create protections against at this time, but security measures are updated constantly in effort to reduce or prevent such instances from occurring. It is also possible for hardware or software safety and privacy failures to occur, which again we do everything we can that is within our power to prevent.
DATA STORAGE
It is possible for your data to reside in a country outside of the country in which you reside. Muuuzr does not oversee or have any input to, or ability to control, data protection in any of these territories. We rely on local data protection legal authorities to ensure and enforce applicable methods of legal protection. In agreeing to our Terms of Use, you acknowledge, understand and accept these terms of data storage.
ADDITIONAL MISCELLANEOUS
You have certain rights regarding the Personal Data we maintain about you. We also offer you certain choices about what Personal Data we collect from you, how we use that information, and how we communicate with you.
ADDITIONAL AND EXCEPTIONS
If there is ever a need or a reason for us to share your Personal Data that has not otherwise been covered or explained within this Privacy Policy, you will be contacted in writing requesting your permission to share such Personal Data, specifying which aspects of your Personal Data will be shared, to whom it will be shared, and for what reason. It is your option to approve or deny such a request.
IN REGARDS TO LEGAL MATTERS OR REQUESTS
If it should so be requested from muuuzr through or by legal entities, we may be compelled to produce any or all of your Personal Data, or hold onto your Personal Data longer than otherwise advised in this Privacy Policy. Examples of instances where such compliance may occur include, but are not limited to: (i) in response to requests for any or all of your data by law enforcement, legal authorities or by order of the court or through subpoena, (II) as needed as evidence in, or in support against, any challenge to our Terms of Use agreement, or (iii) to serve in defense of all rights including civil, safety, and property of muuuzr, or of muuuzr employees, Users, Artists and any applicable third parties. Communication may also take place between muuuzr and additional groups, organizations and entities for fraud protections and credit risk reduction.
POSSIBLE TRANSFER OF BUSINESS
If muuuzr should ever be purchased by another individual, group or organization, or if muuuzr should ever need to declare bankruptcy, accumulated Personal Data will likely be requested by, and subsequently turned over to, the receiver. Agreeing to our Terms of Use includes your understanding and approval of these possibilities, and that you authorize approval to allow such parties to receive and make use of all of your Personal Data received.
PRIVACY POLICY CHANGES
Current Privacy Policies exist as documented within, but this Privacy Policy is subject to change periodically. You will be notified in writing through the Application if any changes or updates are made to our Privacy Policy. By continuing to use the Application after updates/changes have been made and Users have been notified in writing, you are acknowledging, agreeing and accepting the changes made.
